Upgraded Warranty / Loaner Program For Pebble and Dualysis Printers

The standard factory warranty is a depot service warranty, meaning that if the printer needs repair, the customer must ship the printer to a repair facility. We provide an extra hot-swap warranty adder for Pebble or Dualys printers for the full three year period free of charge, meaning that we will ship a loaner printer to the customer to use while their printer is being repaired.

In order to process your Evolis Loaner Printer claim, please sign and return to Evolis Printer Superstore by fax at (718) 504-4448 or email loaner@xpressmyself.com

The following are the terms and conditions for an Evolis Loaner Printer claim:
	Have EPS invoice number from when printer was originally purchased.
	EPS will ship loaner printer to requested U.S. address via UPS Overnight Saver only. Other arrangements may be made at customer’s expense.
	Customer unit must be received by EPS no later than 7 days following receipt of loaner.
	EPS to repair customer unit and return to customer.
	Loaner printer is die back to EPS no later than 7 days following receipt of repaired unit.
	Standard EPS printer rental rates will be charged for late return of defective unit and/or loaner unit unless agreed otherwise in writing by EPS systems.
	If no problem is found a minimum charge of one half hour labor ($150/hr) will be charged for diagnosis and cleaning.
